Hyundai IT shows these days on ISE 2011 the first 138" 3D video display as well as a wide range of general consumption displays for digital signage applications, with special attention to devices installed outdoors and subjected to high temperatures.

The main novelty at Hyundai's booth at ISE is the world's first 3D mosaic video screen, with a diagonal of 138" (350.5 cm). This large screen consists of 9 (3×3) stereoscopic 3D displays of the new S468FL model, combining the reliability of home screens with innovative 3D technology. concretely, its design with almost invisible frames (only 7.3 mm between images) and the built-in video mosaic feature makes the S468FL the ideal display for multi-screen installations. The 3D effect is achieved thanks to the polarized filters on both the screens and the corresponding 3D passive glasses. The 3D formatter, that's built into the screen, makes it possible to display 3D video formats without using any accessories. Outdoor screens For outdoor operations Hyundai IT presents for the first time an outdoor display with a diagonal of 70" (177.8 cm). Thanks to its housing (that meets IP requirements 55 to 65), cooling and heating system and special LCD panels, this outdoor screen is ready for any weather conditions. Optional add-ons are available for this innovative product such as LED backlit panels, self-brightness sensors, touchscreen functions as well as UVA and anti-graffiti protection. These screens have Eco function, with motion and luminosity sensor, transflective panels and LED feedback. Hyundai, with its ECO philosophy, aims to provide environmentally friendly products, reducing energy consumption, especially when it comes to permanent operations in digital signal installations. In this line, home screens equipped with automatic motion and luminosity sensors will be presented at the ISE. Motion sensor detects human movement in a certain area around the screen, and if you don't detect it, the screen remains in power-saving mode. For its part, the automatic luminosity sensor continuously measures luminosity in the environment and adjusts the brightness emitted by the display accordingly. In fact, transflective panels use ambient light to increase panel luminosity. With almost a 40% less energy consumption, compared to normal screens, new home screens with LED feedback are really environmentally friendly.
