New PT-DW730 and PT-DX800 deliver exceptional image quality, Highly reliable operation and great flexibility. They have a new lamp management system to obtain more luminosity and a new Eco Filter to reduce maintenance.

Panasonic has announced two new DLP monochip projectors with a new lamp management system for more brightness and a new Eco Filter to reduce maintenance. Incorporated into the successful D6000 Series, the PT-DW730 and PT-DX800 are compact in size and ideal for use in higher education, museums and government-controlled facilities and applications that involve operation 24 hours 7 days of the week. For exceptional image quality, the PT-DW730 has 7.000 brightness lumens with WXGA resolution (1.280×800 Pixels). Both models incorporate the Detail Clarity Processo function, that enhances the details of each frame to produce natural, sharp images. In addition, the unique System Daylight View feature 2 produces bright, well-defined colors even in the brightest rooms, such as those of galleries, museums or educational environments, that may be exposed to varying light levels. Each model features the newly designed Eco filter, which offers a maximum of 12.000 operating hours without the need to replace the lamp, greatly reducing maintenance and management costs. Both models feature a high-efficiency liquid cooling system, that allows operation in a temperature range of between 0ºC and 45ºC. "We have kept the best of our D6000 series and we have put it in a compact projector that adapts to bright environments without affecting the image quality", comments Yoshitaka Inuzuka, European Technical & Marketing de Panasonic. "We have standardised our lamps so that customers who have already invested in D6000 or DZ570 projectors can significantly reduce additional inventory costs by using the same lamps across the range", has added. The new projectors incorporate Edge Blending function and multiscreen system suitable for projection on large format screens or to create uniform images on various surfaces. Both models can be purchased with or without standard lenses. In fact, the two new projectors are marketed with six different optional lenses.
