Epson has unveiled the new range of installation projectors EB-Z10000, which includes 10.000 lumens and incorporates functions for large auditoriums and 3LCD technology.

Epson has launched its first projector 10.000 lumens designed for large auditoriums, the EB-Z10000. This projector is part of a new range of avant-garde products to which the EB-Z8000 series also belongs., that offers maximum luminosity and the most advanced technology, providing a level of 7.000 lumens and above, and XGA to WUXGA resolutions.

The range includes both black and white models. White units are designed for auditoriums, Museums, conference rooms or showrooms, as well as government and educational establishments. The units in black are designed for the rental market, for use in digital cinemas or concert venues, or for companies that hold conferences and need to rent specialized equipment.

All projectors offer maximum adaptability, as they are compatible with all optional Epson lenses currently available, while the flexibility of the installation angle of up to ±100 degrees provides both front and rear projection systems. Wi-Fi and iPhone connectivity, iPad and iPod Touch thanks to Epson's downloadable iOS app, in combination with a wide travel path both vertically and horizontally of the lens, facilitate integration into any environment.

Combination options

Another key addition is the SDI port, which allows for the first time to transmit in local broadcast signals in high definition, as TV. Epson's exceptional resolution function and frame interpolation mode deliver a crisp, high-quality image at all times, even in action scenes with a lot of movement.

In addition, the dot correction feature includes three array configurations that, combined with arc correction, is responsible for correcting crooked images. On the other hand, six built-in test patterns make it easy to calibrate image tone and color, as well as the shape of the screen. And Epson's EasyMP software offers the split-screen feature, the projection from several computers and the output of videos via Wi-Fi as well as many other additional features. Epson's 3LCD technology delivers natural and accurate color reproduction, as well as white and colour light emissions of the same level for sharp detail and high-quality bright images.
