The KOPS800 system is based on the OPS specification created by Intel to help standardize the design and development of digital signage applications using LCD., Touch screens or projection display technologies. Kontron KOPS800 System Introduces COMe-bSC6 Core to Deliver Computer-on-Module Solution (COM) For high-end graphics and display support features. The system integrates 2nd generation Intel Core processors (up to 2x 2,7 Ghz), and is pre-validated for use with a Microsoft Windows Embedded operating system (as WES7 Pro 64-bit) and Intel Audience Impression Metric Technology (Intel AIM Suite) based on Anonymous Viewer Analytics software (AVA).

The Kontron KOPS800 is based on Intel Core i7 processor architecture and HM65 chipset / Intel Series QM67 6. Features externally accessible I/O including Gigabit Ethernet RJ-45, two USB ports 3.0, one HDMI connector and audio jack. The Kontron KOPS800 also supports the OPS JAE interconnected with I/O as HDMI, DisplayPort and USB 2.0 and 3.0. For added security, supports Intel vPro Technology with Intel Active Management Technology and features 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi for wireless connectivity. In addition, offers up to 8 GB of dual-channel DDR3-1600 non-ECC system memory and 80 GB of integrated mSATA HD storage.
