Samsung Techwin America has released the dome camera with PTZ SNP-6200/6200H, providing 20x images with Full HD resolution. The new PTZ dome cameras of the security division of the South Korean company Samsung are compatible with ONVIF and include display in various resolutions ranging from the CIF format (320X240) to the format 16:9 1080p Full High Definition.

The SNP-6200/6200H model of Samsung Techwin is a dome camera with PTZ that provides 20x images with Full HD resolution. This dome camera with PTZ, fully onVIF compliant, includes display in various resolutions ranging from CIF format (320 X 240) up to format 16:9 1080p Full High Definition and provides the possibility of simultaneous transmission, allowing the transmission of the most important data stream to the display or recording device simultaneously for viewing and recording. Users can now view a scene from a geographic point away from the camera in more detail and with higher image quality.

Intelligent video analytics features include Sabotage, Virtual line, Input/output, Appearance/Disappearance to help with more effective surveillance. The SNP-6200/6200H can be installed both indoors and outdoors, places where large areas such as parking lots need to be monitored, harbours, Stadiums, Airports, citizen security and places where image resolution is paramount.

The SNP-6200H incorporates housing for the Dome camera with PTZ and can withstand extreme environmental conditions with temperatures from -50 °C to +55 °C with fan / heater. "It is also IK10 certified keeping it protected and working even with a mechanical impact of 20 joules, in this way it not only protects their assets but also their investment," said Carlos Montesdeoca, Application Engineer at Samsung Techwin America.

Other features include maximum resolution of 2 megapixels, built-in 20x optical zoom lens (4,45~89 mm), H.264 and MJPEG double codec, two-way audio, built-in SD memory card slot, intelligent video analytics, IP66 (SNP-6200H) and anti-vandalism IK10.
