The Monitor Distributor, touch screens and multimedia products, Macroservice, has incorporated into its catalog the new touch monitors of 42, 46 and 55 inches from Elo Touch Solutions, ideal for interactive digital signage applications (Ids).

IDS Touch MonitorsMacroservice has announced the launch of interactive digital signage touch monitors (Ids) from 42″, 46″ and 55" of Elo Touch Solutions for multiple interactive applications of digital signage in places with a large influx of public. These three large format displays (4200L, 4600L and 5500L) are distinguished by incorporating optical touch technology through four sensors that record the touch just before physical contact with the screen. In this way, the system responds to touch (or gesture) with your fingers or any object.

As well as surface acoustic wave touch technology (SAW) TE IntelliTouch, roof coverings do not take up space on the touch surface, with the aim of offering a sharp image (transparency of the 90 percent and enormous color fidelity). In addition to optics (compatible with Windows 7), it is possible to choose between two other 'pure-glass' touch screen technologies to improve visibility: IntelliTouch (surface acoustic wave – SAW single-touch) for consistent reliability and APR (acoustic pulse recognition) zero-bezel for a sleeker look.

Virtually flat LED-backlight panel also helps reduce energy consumption and heat output.

Each display with image format 16:9 is characterized by vertical use / horizontal, optimal resolution of 1920 X 1080 Full HD, brightness of 450 CD / m2, viewing angle of 178 º and contrast ratio of up to 4000:1. These touch monitors can integrate a computer module (ECM1 with Intel Celeron Dual Core processor 2.2 Ghz, ECM2 with Intel Core 2 Duo of 3.0 GHz and ECM3 with Intel Core i5 2.5 Ghz) to create a digital platform compatible with content management servers and support cache "partitions" and networked information.

The 4200L models, 4600L and 5500L integrate two speakers of 10 W and webcam 2 megapixels with microphone and, optionally, can incorporate a three-track magnetic stripe side card reader and a fingerprint reader. In addition, such wall-mount TFT monitors include a three-year laboratory warranty, have CE Marking and comply with the main safety standards.
