Mitsubishi has released what could be considered a cloud projector as it does not require being connected to a PC to display content.

The new WD390U-EST ultra-short-range projector Mitsubishi allows you to display content in seconds, without having to log in, getting the contents wirelessly from a local server, Internet or cloud.

The projector, aimed at the educational market, you just need to be connected to a network through your WiFi app, and use a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse to choose the contents to be projected.

with 3.000 lumens of brilliance, and a lamp life of up to 6.000 hours in low power consumption mode, the WD390U-EST has a built-in 10W speaker and is capable of displaying images on a screen up to 80 WXGA-quality inches at a distance of just 60 centimeters.

In terms of connectivity, the projector has HDMI support, RS232 connection and an RJ45 input built-in to connect to third-party remote management products. Thanks to its SidePad and apps like WiFi Doc, teachers and presenters can display information directly from mobile devices such as tablets or smartphones to display text and image documents.
