The device incorporates its own software so that it can be used as access or presence control, To which is added the administration tool to register employees, Key cards, Shift Management, Etc. This software integrated in the terminals has been developed by one of the company's distributors using the Kimaldi Kiwi module and the GP20 RFID proximity reader, that Kimaldi sells in two versions: one of access control and another to manage the presence control of an unlimited number of employees and adaptable to the needs of each company.

The version for access control contemplates a specific location, While it can be expanded to checkpoints to obtain reports of each location, and incorporates visual verification technology of real-time access through a screen. With more advanced features, The presence control version incorporates a touch screen and numeric keypad so that the employee can register any incident in their access, although the system can also be configured by default.
