The ESC 2014 has been the scenario chosen by Sony to unveil its 4K Ultra Short Throw Projector short throw system, a team of 2.000 lumens that offers a resolution of 4096 X 2160.

Ultra Short Throw Projector Has Been Introduced by Kaz Hirai, CEO of Sony, in Las Vegas as part of CES 2014 that today closes its doors. A team of 2.000 lumens that offers a resolution of 4096 X 2160, thanks to the three SXRD chips of 0,74 inches that incorporates, and allows you to mirror images of a size of 66 to 147 Inch. It also incorporates four HDMI ports, Triluminos display, 3D support and a lens with 1.6x monitored zoom.

With dimensions of 110 centimeters long, Sony's Ultra Short Throw Projector shows a design that seems to be part of the furniture and is simple to urge, you just have to place it near the wall. This projector is capable of converting any surface into a 4K screen by projecting the images through a diode laser source. According to Hirai, the projector can be used to create a kind of virtual window "turning any wall into a screen".

Sony has presented this equipment as part of a complete solution that has called Life Space UX that integrates an interactive table-projector, an interactive metal wall panel, a small projector for the roof and this 4K projector. The latter will be available this summer in the United States and its price will be around 40.000 Dollars.
