ProScene EH7700 projectors, EH505, EW865 and EH503 are the models that Optoma is using to show the advantages offered by the technologies it incorporates in its AV Pro equipment.

Optoma at ISE 2014

Visitors who come to the stand of Optoma (hall 4 -R50) in Ise 2014 will be able to appreciate the functionalities of its ProScene line through the demonstrations it is carrying out. In addition, you can know first-hand its latest developments such as the Full HD W505 projector announced last January or the HD991 high definition equipment.

From the workshops that Optoma is organizing, the latest technologies that it has incorporated into its projectors are highlighted, such as ultra panoramic arc blending., image mapping, auto blending and stacking, or the projection mask.

To show the advantages offered by the ultra panoramic blending of arc on the screen of 8 metre, Optoma is using the ProScene projector Optome EH7700 with WT1 lens, that generates a Full HD image that it then mixes with others to create a seamless snapshot. The EH7700 is an ideal equipment to carry out this type of process. Includes double lamp, a brightness of 7500 Lumens, WUXGA resolution and 5x zoom with optional motorized lenses.

This same equipment is also used to show the versatility of the projection mask.. With a ProScene EH7700, with TZ2 lens, and an HQview 320, Optoma shows how its mapping solution can make use of a combination of deformation and mask imaging so that images can be projected onto curved screens or surfaces with unusual shapes.. In this case, video content is mapped over the company logo.

Optoma W505Image mapping

Image mapping is being done at Optoma demonstrations with three ProScene EH505 projectors, with short throw lens, and two Hippotizer Optoma that offer a Full HD WUXGA resolution and 5.000 ANSI lumens of brightness. In this installation a DisplayPort connection with lens center design has been made, full lens offset and three interchangeable lens options.

The EH505 supports lens shift when used with its short throw, off-axis lens option, a unique function in the projectors in its range.

Optoma EW865Auto blending and stacking

To highlight the simplicity of its auto blending and stacking technology, that minimizes installation time and reduces costs, Optoma has used two ProScene EW865 with SFX lens and GB200 image processor. This solution also requires an Optoma mix image, along with a webcam and an application also from Optoma that is responsible for automatically producing the mixture.

The EW865 projector is ideal for stacked installations. Incorporates 6000 ANSI lumens and offers 4x lens options, as well as fully motorized lens displacement.

Gaming environments

For leisure and entertainment, Optoma has two facilities at its stand. One made with the EH503 short-throw lens system and a hemispherical projection screen with which a wider field of view is created.

The EH503 projector has a brightness of 5200 lumens and offers full lens change, as well as multiple lens options, which makes them extremely flexible in their installation.

The second installation for the gaming environment that can be seen in Amsterdam has been made with the GT760 projector and shows its application on consoles and computers for online games.
