Mitsubishi Electric will present at the Integrated Systems Europe fair its latest display image processor, the VC-MK4000. The system allows the overlapping of windows in real time without loss of frames thanks to its high bandwidth.

Mitsubishi Electric will attend ISE 2012 with the new VC-MK4000, A real-time image processor that enables multiple real-time window overlays without frame loss. It is the latest generation image processor wall display Mitsubishi, allowing the superposition of multiple windows on a very high quality wall display system. High-bandwidth system architecture allows all windows to be displayed in real time without dropped frames to ensure the best possible image quality. The VC-MK4000 is ideal for high-end control room applications where performance and reliability are essential requirements.

The VC-MK4000 can be configured to carry 16 Displays, with four windows per screen, or 8 Displays with eight possible overlapping windows. Each window displays RGB to 1920 X 1200 Pixels (WUXGA) or video to 1920 X 1080 Pixels (Full HD). All windows are displayed at native refresh rates, regardless of the number of entries displayed or their type. until 32 VC-MK4000 units can be daisy-chained to allow up to 256 displays are controlled as a single system – each capable of displaying eight overlapping windows, or a total of 32 windows by system.

In addition to functioning as a standalone unit, Mitsubishi can supply the VC-MK4000 combined with an optional PC platform (Base Team) to enable greater versatility of operating system access and user-configurable output graphics cards. A new version of Mitsubishi wall display software, the D-Wall5, will also be at the ISE fair 2012.

Reliability is a key feature of the CV-MK4000: Multiple redundant power supplies, Input cards and fan packs are all hot-swappable, I mean, No need for downtime in the event of hardware failure or routine maintenance.
