A screen of 107 square meters of NEC Display Solutions Europe, flanked by other two 18 metre is the solution of digital signage that has installed the London Odeon cinema on its facade.
NEC Display Solutions Europe you have installed on the façade of the Odeon cinema, located in Leicester Square in London's West End, a large display of 107 square meters, software-driven Scala Beaver Group has been provided by the firm technology. This deployment represents one of the largest displays of such systems outdoor in a public square.
This large videowall, which is flanked by two screens of 18 square meters, is a bet by Odeon for digital signage systems and will replace the old system of signage that was there before.
These three screens will be used to announce releases of films and events that occur around them. Live recordings will also be offered interviews with celebrities and video clips.
Thanks to Scala software, it is possible to change their content easily and quickly. Also, the screen also allows to be split into several sections and thus can offer different content, a feature that is used, above all, the day of the premiere of the movie.
Officially this structure of digital signage was launched using the world premiere of the film The Hunger Games: Catching Fire (The hunger games: in flames).
