The division of Advanced Solutions that Ingram Micro just created in Spain will be led by Jordi Muñoz, while Alberto Pascual will be responsible for the Madrid Office.
As part of its pan-European strategy, Ingram Micro It has created a comprehensive Advanced Solutions division in Spain. This is the next step that has done in Europe after acquiring wholesalers of value, as it was the case of Spain Albora, Arete and Arkenova in 2010.
Ingram Micro Europe already announced its intention to make investments belonging to advanced solutions division in May of this year. "Changes to consolidate a unique advanced solutions division at Ingram Micro Spain is a natural consequence of this European strategy with the objective of favouring the growth of TI channel and speed up the adoption, by the cloud and managed services," explains Jason Beal, executive director of the division of Ingram Micro's advanced solutions in Europe.
Ingram Micro Advanced Solutions division offers a greater specialization and knowledge channel partners in Europe that sold and prescribed solutions and emerging technologies services. This division provides a comprehensive approach to the identification and generation of opportunities in cloud, unified communications and collaboration, infrastructure of data centers and networks and security services partners.
As a result of this integration, Jordi Muñoz has been named director of Advanced Solutions: "the purpose of this division, is to help our distributors to grow profitably through the diversification of its business in the areas of new technologies and the search for new opportunities in the market for the end user, with the advantages of offering solutions multi-fabricante and extensive knowledge and technical certification in the main manufacturers in the sector".
In this new stage Jordi Muñoz accompanying Alberto Pascual as director of the Madrid office, with him, Muñoz continues a career of over 15 years in the distribution business value solutions.
This division is organized by several business units: Security & Networking, Virtualization & Mobility, Software & Cloud Services, Power & Cooling and Servers & Storage.
