LCD videowall systems Clarity Matrix with G2 architecture combine an ultra-thin profile with 4K resolution. In addition, incorporate improvements to facilitate installation and maintenance. This is one of the novelties with which Planar will attend the ISE 2014, to be held from the 4 to the 6 February in Amsterdam.

Planar Clarity Matrix LCD G2 Architecture videowall

planar has unveiled the next generation of LCD videowall systems Clarity Matrix that incorporate G2 architecture and design improvements in order to facilitate installation and maintenance. In addition, deliver 4K image resolution and reliability in critical environments 24×7. A solution with which the manufacturer will attend the ISE fair 2014 to be held from the 4 to the 6 February in Amsterdam.

Videowall systems Clarity Matrix with architecture G2 offer great performance, aligned panels, ultra HD resolution with 4K images and a color input and processing capability of 10 Bit. They are designed with ultra-narrow bezels and a distance between panels of 3,7 Mm. They also incorporate the Planar EasyAxis Mounting System, Providing an installation depth of only 3,6 Inch (91Mm) and perfect panel-to-panel alignment. This thin depth makes the Clarity Matrix with G2 architecture meet the Americans with Disabilities requirement (ADA).

This solution for videowall incorporates the processing system Big Picture Plus Planar that allows the content can be scaled so that it is seen in full format or that different videos are displayed in several sections of the videowall.

Simplified installation and maintenance

Simplified installation and service of Clarity Matrix displays with G2 architecture allows resellers and AV system integrators to offer their customers high-performance systems at a lower total cost of ownership.

With a video extension function that allows the source to be at 100 meters away with a single Cat6 cable, This Planar solution offers great installation flexibility while eliminating the cost and reliability issues of using third-party cable extenders.

Like the previous generation Clarity Matrix with G2 architecture incorporates AC power outlets behind the screens and a single power supply can manage up to eight, reducing space and number of power outlets.

To simplify maintenance, Clarity Matrix with G2 architecture has off-board functionalities in its electronics, reducing complexity and maintenance time due to ease of access. Thanks to Planar's WallNet software it is possible to manage the visualization and solve problems, even in environments where you use the SNMP protocol.

Clarity Matrix with G2 architecture provides reliability 24×7 for most mission-critical environments including utilities, Traffic management, Applications for Law Enforcement and Control Rooms. With a reduction in the heat of 25%, This new generation of displays for Planar videowall exceeds life expectations, Even in the most demanding environments. Redundant power supply provides continuous operation, even in case of power failure.
