Tripleplay provides solutions for digital signage and IPTV SSE Hydro, this summer stadium where the 2014 Commonwealth Games will be held.
In September 2013, the ESS Hydro opened with the aim of hosting major international music stars and convertise in the meeting place of the most important sporting events in the country. With a capacity for 12,000 spectators, it is located in Glasgow (Scotland), next to the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC) and the Clyde Auditorium.
To complete the technological infrastructure, TriplePlay He was selected to implement its digital signage solutions based on IP and IPTV. In the complex there have already installed 145 screens Sony that they are part of this connected network infrastructure and is expected that in the coming months these systems are also staying at the SECC.
The aim is that these solutions can be used in the twentieth edition of the Commonwealth Games (Glasgow 2014), multi-sport event held every four years and will take place at the SSE Hydro from July 23 to August 3.
