The metal group Slipknot has surprised its followers again on its American tour, What has been traveled 37 cities in the United States, with a stunning staging, whose lighting design has made Trevor Ahlstrand with hybrid moving heads Platinum SBX and blinders Led Cuepix Blinder WW2 Elation Professional, to which have been added in the audiovisual area Led video panels EPT6IP, of 6 mm pixel pich, also from this manufacturer.

Elation's audiovisual and lighting equipment (brand that markets in Spain visualsvisual) for this tour has been supplied by the company Gemini Light, Sound & video. As Ahlstrand points out, "We work on this tour with the hybrid moving head Platinum SBX for the great brightness of this projector, with a beam in Spot mode and very uniform distribution without hotspot, that is on par with the level of brightness of the Led video screen located behind the band on stage".

"The gobos are very good, and with the combination of its two prisms and the Beam and Spot modes you can get such a varied number of scenes that I don't really have to repeat programming during concerts.", points out the lighting designer.

elation-professional-slipknot2016This tour of Slipknot with Marilyn Manson has also used the blinding Led Cuepix Blinder WW2, which provides a 60° aperture beam and offers five distinct dimmer curves.

The scenery has a large Led screen, with a luminosity of 5.000 Nits, aspect ratio 16/9 and IP65 protection for outdoor use, next to auxiliary screens on the sides, "That offers a different setup and look than previous tours, with a very good calibration of black tones and colors. The low weight of each panel is also something to highlight.
