The airport of Palma de Mallorca has launched two videowall of 7×1,7 meters and 10 70" Full HD mupis in the arrivals and boarding area, respectively, by JCDecaux.

Palma de Mallorca Airport, third national airport by number of passengers in Spain in 2010 with more than 22 million passengers, has new digital media installed by the group JCDecaux.

JCDecaux has installed in the Balearic airport two videowall of 7×1,7 meters each, located in the two arrivals ramps through which passengers on both domestic and international flights transit. This strategic location guarantees a 100% of coverage as far as arrival passengers are concerned.

These two videowall are accompanied by the installation of 10 70" Full HD digital mupis in vertical format located in the two access corridors to the airport, five on each side, as they are located at Barcelona airport, where JCDecaux has 22 70" digital displays, in what was a pioneering initiative at the national level.

Jean-Sébastien Decaux, CEO of JCDecaux for Southern Europe and Benelux, Said: "JCDecaux continues to invest in quality solutions and in a very selective way". Only in 2011, JCDecaux has inaugurated new digital circuits in the Barcelona Metro, with 50 Stands, at the Marineda City Shopping Center, with 18 Stands, and now the 12 supports at Palma de Mallorca airport.
