Elite Screens has launched a new projection screen, the Lunette A4K, which incorporates a curved frame and is made of an acoustically transparent material with a gain of 1,1, available in a wide range of aspect ratios and sizes.

The manufacturer of projection screens, Elite Screen, has introduced a new curved frame display, acoustically transparent, in the form of the new Lunette A4K. The innovative new design is a state-of-the-art model that enhances high-resolution images and creates an immersive visual experience for projector users..

Elite's Marketing Manager, Dave Rodgers, has ensured that the display provides exceptional vision for the use of all projectors. “Envelops the viewer in a life-filled image with excellent direct and off-axis luminescence, along with impressive color uniformity. Sound breathes through the material with a minimal amount of acoustic insertion loss or dispersion. Design offers excellent performance free of visual artifacts so viewers can sit down, enjoy and be involved in a complete cinematic experience”, Said.

The curved design of the screen serves to attract people to the cinemascope movie, while eliminating any commonly seen effects when projected into the format 2.35:1. The material creates a gain projection surface 1,1, with an angular mesh fabric design that offers optimal sound penetration. The A4K material has also been specifically designed so that the wall speakers behind the screen can deliver perfect audio quality.. Provides exceptional levels of color uniformity and off-axis luminosity, and is black to minimize bounce distortion.
