Brickcom launches VD-500AF anti-vandalism dome 5 megapixels

The manufacturer of IP video surveillance equipment, Brickcom, has added to its catalog of products the new VD-500AF series of anti-vandalism dome network cameras for outdoor, that offer a resolution of 5 megapixels and Full HDTV video at 1080p@30fps.

Brickcom Corporation has launched the VD-500AF outdoor anti-vandalism dome network camera 5 megapixels. It has a compact and elegant design, and offers Full HDTV video (1080p @ 30fps). Certified with vandal-proof IK10 and weatherproof IP66, the VD-500AF series has a temperature range of -20º C to 50º C, making it the ideal solution to provide high reliability and robust performance in outdoor surveillance environments.

Wide angle, interchangeable lenses and local storage

VD-500AF series comes with a wide-angle lens, and a wide angle setting of 35° Pan / 0-90° Tilt / 180° of Rotation, allowing for a wide open view for maximum coverage. Unlike other dome cameras, VD-500AF series supports interchangeable lenses for different conditions. HDTV Video

The VD-500AF series offers a resolution of 5 megapixels and Full HDTV video at 1080p@30fps. VD-500AF series supports H.264, Motion JPEG and MPEG-4-in various streams to meet different quality needs. With a sensor of 5 megapixels, VD-500AF series provides clear images and high color fidelity.

Easy-to-install design

The VD-500AF series is designed for easy installation. With BNC TV-Out connector, The camera can be connected to a monitor, which makes it easier for installers to adjust image focus during camera setup. Camera supports different power inputs, as PoE 802.3af, and DC12V.

The VD-500AF series supports different M12 lenses for varying needs. Users can select the right lens based on the focal length and viewing angle of the lens (H/V/D).
