LG Display sold during this period 88,96 million units, According to this consultant, what represents the 26,2% of the total number of 339,77 million units sold worldwide. The South Korean company has maintained, from the fourth quarter of 2009, this position in the LCD display sector.

The second place is occupied by, According to this study, another South Korean, Samsung Display with the 20,7% of quota and 73,8 million units sold. The third and fourth place are assigned to the Taiwanese Chimei Innolux and AU Optronics, with the 18,2 and 16%, respectively.

In terms of revenue, LG Display has also consolidated its leadership in the sector, with a total of 10.070 million dollars and a fee of 27,4%.

And as in sales, Samsung Display also occupies the second position in terms of revenue, with sales worth 7.460 million dollars and the 20,3% quota.
