The Ultra HD 50/60p Smart TV Viera TX-L65WT600 has been one of the main novelties with which Panasonic has come to IFA 2013.

The 4K universe has been the axis on which the solutions with which it has come have revolved Panasonic to Berlin. The main protagonist has been the Smart Viera TX-L65WT600, an Ultra HD TV with 4K signal at 50/60p based on the HDMI standard 2.0 and with the DisplayPort 1.2a specification. With these specifications, the device can work with future 4K players and set-top boxes.

This LCD model offers 4K playback up to 60 frames per second and access to a wide variety of 4K content, to make the most of innovations in new displays. Its advanced processor is capable of delivering unprecedented image quality even with standard FHD images, so the system displays images with a quality comparable to 4K sources.

The TX-L65WT600 TV integrates a 4K H.264 set-top box (MPEG4) which plays the 4K files via USB and SD card, in addition to allowing playback of 4K resolution material directly from the Internet. In this way, it is possible to view the photos through the SD card with the 4K Photo Viewer SD and share them wirelessly from the mobile or tablet in Ultra HD resolution with the 4K Swipe and Share application.

In addition to this equipment, Panasonic has also unveiled a wide range of content compatible with 4K resolution and a prototype organic 4K light diode (OLED) of 55 Inch, produced through the RG all-printing method. On the other hand, IFA attendees 2013 will be able to see the prototype of the 4K camera up close, a compact computer that records in 4K with an HDMI output signal.
