Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport has deployed automated passport processing kiosks that can also be used as digital signage advertising points..

To carry out this project the Houston Airport System (YOU) opted for the technology of GCR that installed your Automated Passport Control solution (APC) Kiosk.

Through an LCD touch screen of 22 Inch, these APC Kiosk collects passengers' passports and flight information, as well as your customs declaration details. Below, analyzes your fingerprints, takes your picture and issues a receipt. The passenger proceeds with his passport and the official receipt of the U.S.. Customs and Border Protection (CBP – U.S. Customs Border Protection USA) for final verification.

GCR is one of the first companies to implement a passport control solution for airports using a kiosk as a support. The APC Kiosk is designed with a modern structure and robust materials that allows to be customized with the logo and brand colors of each airport. In addition, allows you to incorporate digital signage content on top in order to offer information for passengers or marketing content.
