The financial institution BBA Bancomer, one of the largest in Mexico, has opted for dynamic communication and digital signage technology to create an interactive and visual environment with its customers and visitors in the shopping centre project Perisur of city of Mexico, a reference in Latin America in this environment.
For this project of great technological complexity, the Bank contacted the Integrator specialized in digital signage Kolo DS, that the hand of partners such as BroadSign Y Motions ADS It has managed to capture the digital design and development I wanted to Bancomer.
The first challenge was for designing a curve LED display to measure, with more than 27 meters in length and 2.5 m in height, covering the area aimed at creating the digital bank branch in this mall. This huge display has a resolution graphic 4K (Ultra high resolution - UHD), which offers base 4.480 pixels by 416 pixels high, with 6 mm. pixel pitch with LED SMD BlackFace, with 16-bit for true color.
For his part, holdings has developed and synchronized the content that is displayed on the screen through their management software platform, installed in a prepared rack specifically for this project, with Intel Core i7 and redundant system for streaming video without interruption (24 × 7) if there is any incident. In this sense, the system is programmed to turn off the entire system should be prolonged lack of power supply and restart when all this well, preserving equipment damage and guaranteeing optimum operation.
The contents of the screen, which is managed remotely, has been specifically created for it together with the ATM, automated teller machines of the Bank and phone integrated into the display to offer a unique experience in customer who enters this digital branch , at the time that meets all standards of quality and safety demanded by the Bank.
The solution is complemented by a system of high quality sound, composed of fourteen model speakers Trust Atlas, distributed by this digital space.
