The beginnings of the electronic music festival Electric Daisy Carnival, organized by the promoter Insomniac Events, go back a year 1997 in the city of Los Angeles (California) and its popularity has been growing year after year.. Currently, different EDC festivals are held throughout the year in cities like Las Vegas., Orlando and New York, and also in other cities such as Milton Keynes in England, Sao Paulo, Mexico City and Tokyo.

The edition held in Orlando (EDC Orlando 2015) took place on 6 and 7 November at the Tinker Field baseball stadium in the city of Orlando (Florida) and has had the participation of well-known artists such as Calvin Harris, Eric Prydz, Pot or Kaskade.

For the Circuit Grounds stage, a large metal structure was installed that simulated an aviation hangar and its lighting design., by Steve Lieberman, has included various equipment from Elation Professional, brand that distributes Visuals, that have been provided by the company AG Production Services.

In this scenario were used 43 Platinum Spot moving head units 35 Pro because as Steve Lieberman comments "it is very bright and its optical design is very good. It's a fast moving head with great color mixing. Its zoom range is wide and the strobe function works very well. All of these qualities are important for events like this., where the changes and the variety of visual effects we are looking for are constant".

The Platinum Spot 35 Elation Professional Pro incorporates the Platinum lamp 35 by Philips (of 800 watts of power and 55.000 Lumens) and offers 8° to 50° aperture zoom, CMY color mix, 12 Gobos and 160° animation effect.

To highlight the geometric shapes of the truss structure installed on the Stage, Steve Lieberman's lighting design has made use of 72 Led bar units 176 centimeters in length Colour Chorus 72. "They are very bright Led bars and when we really wanted to highlight the design of truss on stage during the performances provided the necessary power for it", explains Lieberman.

Elation Colour Chorus 72 has 288 Led of 3 watts of power (for a total of 864 Watts) in a length of 176 centimeters, with 72 Led of each of the colors red, green, Blue and amber and individual control over hue, saturation and intensity of each of the Led. The range of Led Colour Chorus bars also includes other models with lengths of 118, 60 and 30 centimeters.

For blinding and strobe purposes were used on the Circuit Grounds stage 38 unidades Cuepix Blinder WW2, incorporating 2 Led COB de 100 watts of power each, con una temperatura de color de 3.200° Kelvin.
