The company Benu Pharmacies, member of the Phoenix International Group, has implemented a digital signage solution, powered by Signagelive, which is part of an initiative to replace traditional signage with digital content with the aim of offering a better customer experience and increasing brand loyalty.

Signagelive at Benu PharmaciesThe digital signage solution, that has been installed by Hansab, provider of technological solutions in the Baltic region, is used to display promotional content on screens installed in the establishments of shopping malls in Lithuania and Estonia, and seeks to differentiate the Benu brand from other pharmaceutical retailers. To do this, displays dynamic content that can be updated according to market needs and competitor activities.

The decision to replace traditional advertising with a digital alternative was part of a broader initiative that sought to modernize the global retail pharmacy experience by launching a new brand and catering all existing stores..

In addition to being expensive and time-consuming to put into practice, the pharmacy could only update its printed materials every three months, due to the processes that this system entails.

The migration to a digital signage solution has given a new impetus to the Benu brand, offering greater flexibility and savings of time and resources by streamlining content update processes.

The digital signage solution is integrated by three configured videowalls, in 2 format×2, with LG screen of 55 inches and a high-brightness screen installed in preferred places in shopping centers that allow to attract the attention of passers-by.

Content generated by the Benu brand is uploaded and stored on Signaglive's cloud-based digital signage platform, eliminating the need for storage servers. With the CMS of this manufacturer, the information can be created and displayed in real time in the videowalls of the different pharmacies. In addition, to be able to be modified or changed as required and attending to different requirements such as specific promotions.

Signagelive's platform ensures that all information is processed correctly and fully synchronized on local area networks (LAN) to show their contents in high resolution in the videowall in an individualized way, creating an optimal and seamless visual experience.

The recently applied digital signage solution has enabled Benu pharmacies to be self-sufficient in the operation and management of their digital advertising. Hansab only has to log in to the network periodically to make sure that there are no connection problems and that the digital signage solution has perfect performance.

Looking to the future, Hansab hopes to extend this digital signage network in the coming months, as more videowalls are deployed in the different stores and screens are installed behind the counter area. In this way, it will be possible to optimize promotional campaigns.
