EON208P portable PA system has been developed by JBL Professionalwhose brand distributed Earproto allow that small bands, singer-songwriters, cafés, clubs, schools, meetings, small centres of worship and gyms can access their sound.
This equipment is based on its predecessor, the JBL EON206P, and incorporates Bluetooth streaming, 8 inch speakers and built-in 8 channel mixer. It consists of two speakers that can be placed on the ground or on tripods. Each speaker has a subwoofer of 8 inches and a twitter with neodymium magnet and black nylon dome. It's a powered system, which boasts a stage of 320 Watts.
Like the rest of the EON family and with the aim of offering a superior sound and uniform coverage, the EON208P system has advanced guia-ondas technology and combines the latest advances in materials for construction of acoustic enclosures as acoustic science or transducer design.
The integrated 8 channel mixer offers remarkable flexibility for a variety of applications. The channels 1 to 4 can accept inputs with jack or XLR connector and include controls for volume, reverb, treble and bass. They are, therefore, suitable for DJs, singers, instrumentalists and speakers. In addition, the channels 1 to 3 have powered phantom and high impedance input, allowing users to connect guitars, as well as microphones or other devices that require this type of food.
Channels 5 to 6 accepted a stereo pair using stereo jacks or RCA stereo cables. This makes them suitable for keyboards and multimedia players. Channels 7 and 8 can accept inputs for stereo mini-jack, to connect mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
Finally, it is possible to connect Bluetooth devices by using the corresponding link button. JBL 208P system also offers a highly robust output module, which has separate channels for monitoring, headphones and a subwoofer channel, simultaneously.
Designed to be highly portable, the EON 208P system is lightweight and includes forming a single lump looks like suitcase, that can be transported comfortably with just one hand. A few buttons on the top free the speakers when you need to use them and their inverted Cup also facilitates mounting. The unit also has space to save power and speaker cables.
"JBL EON208P system continues a tradition that began in 1995 with the introduction of the first speakers of PA portable group Harman. Since then, and for very different uses, have been used almost a million of them", says Craig Lambrecht, Retail Solutions of Harman Professional.
