Dolby Voice Room

Dolby Voice Room is a video conferencing solution that adapts to the changing needs of workgroups, offering an environment that is easy to install and use.

With this integrated software and hardware solution, Dolby Laboratories responds to the main challenges faced by meeting participants such as unintelligible audio, dark videos, annoying background noise, poorly framed participant views or confusing interfaces in poorly organized hardware kits.

Dolby Conference Phone is the key element of the solution. It is an audio device and the ideal control center for videoconferencing. Combines optimal sound quality, that adapts to different meeting spaces, with a user interface that helps manage meetings. This is joined by the Dolby Voice Camera (voice camera) and the Dolby Voice Hub (voice center).

With Dolby Voice Room, technology is responsible for offering a fluidity in the work experience, adapting to various spaces and work styles, while offering advanced features, which are normally only found in very expensive and complicated systems, in a simple and affordable solution.

Dolby Voice Room offers an intuitive user experience with less need to use different devices and allows participants to join, collaborate and share content quickly and easily.

Intelligent hardware design has simplified configuration and use. The number of components has been minimized and tools are offered that automate processes saving IT time.

This automation and ease of use is increased by remote device management, that allows it to control, diagnose and resolve device behavior issues more easily and efficiently.

Audiovisual features:

  • Dynamic leveling maps the sound of the room continuously to distinguish between speakers and noise, cancels the usual distractions of the room, such as air conditioning or projector noise, and improves the sound of the quieter or more distant participants, so that everyone can be heard.
  • HDR video mapping (high dynamic range) adjusts the image to different lighting situations to provide a high-quality representation of the room, fixing fuzzy or opaque images.
  • Intelligent scene framing adjusts the image to offer everyone, automatically, the most relevant view of the meeting, approaching or moving away silently and offering panoramas as appropriate, to provide the best view of the meeting.
  • Whiteboard view offers optimal clarity and visibility for remote participants, even when the whiteboard is next to the camera, while blurring people moving in front of the whiteboard to improve readability.
