The acquisition of one of ProAV's main French distributors is part of EET Europarts' expansion strategy.

EET Europarts announced the acquisition of C2M/Intelware, one of the main distributors of ProAV equipment in France that has more 30 years of experience, has an annual income of 40 million euros and belongs to the group Videlio.

"C2M/Intelware enjoys an excellent reputation in the industry and is an authorized distributor of brands such as Epson., Samsung, Cassius, Lg, Panasonic or NEC. The acquisition of C2M/Intelware will strengthen our service offering and sales expertise for existing EET Europarts customers of Pro-AV products. In addition, C2M/Intelware will have access to a much wider range of products in the Pro-AV area and across all of our other service categories”, says Florent Berge, Director General of EET Europarts.

This French company has a good reputation for ensuring personalized support and optimal pre-sale advice in terms of training, installation and use of the equipment. With this acquisition, EET Europarts will take over a team of 28 dedicated and experienced employees.
