TMTFactory Official Real Madrid Store

In the Official Real Madrid Stores a process of global digitalization is taking place, a project that began last December and has already affected the establishments of Gran Vía, Carmen, Arenal and Las Rozas Village.

TMTFactory has been in charge of integrating and installing the new order management system and stamping of shirts in the remodeled flagship store of Real Madrid on Madrid's Gran Vía.

Presiding over the main entrance to the store, on the counter that houses the new pick-up system, a 360º Led circular indoor screen has been installed 11 meters high by half a meter wide that has a thickness of 4 mm and a resolution of 2,880×128 Pixels.

This pick-up system, remotely connected, receive orders and send personalized information to two screens Philips of 32 Inch, distributed in different points of the store, to inform the user in real time about the status of their order and the status of the T-shirt print.

The operation of this system is very simple: when the customer places his order, the purchase is introduced inside a ball, which is launched through a tubular structure that travels to the lower floor, direct to the pick-up area, where the printing of the shirt is made. The customer can follow the status of his order through the information on the screens and collect it at the indicated time.

The internal management of the procedure is agile and easy to manage, as it is connected to the entire store purchase system, making that once the order is placed, automatically arrives the request to the stamping area, where there is another application designed to facilitate the work of store staff, improving usability in your processes through a simple drug and drop method.

Global digitalization

The Official Real Madrid Stores count, currently, with a total of 26 installed players, as large videowalls of Led screens of different formats, measures and characteristics; Led in vertical formats; Led that hug stairs; and LED curtains facing the outside. You can also find videowalls of professional screens with different distributions, as a 1×2 in vertical and digital light boxes. All of them synchronized with creative content designed for the enjoyment of its visitors.

The creative team of TMTFactory is also in charge of making all the video content of the screens of the Official Real Madrid Stores, placing maximum emphasis on the interests of its clients: player statistics, information on upcoming matches and results of La Liga BBVA.

The park of the Official Real Madrid Stores is controlled through the software of Broadsign and, turn, managed via DCBox, the TMTFactory CMS, which includes management, synchronization and immediate updating of dynamic content that is performed.

The installation of the digital channel of the Real Madrid Official Stores has also been carried out with 14 players distributed in its busiest stores in Spain (Barcelona Airport T1, Barajas Airport T4 and in the Balearic Islands) and Mexico.
