Extron It continues to expand its offer of professional audio solutions with new equipment designed to extend the functionalities of corporate environments, Business & Commercial. Among the latest innovations that it has incorporated into its catalog are the SSP surround sound processor 200, the amplifier with Dante NetPA U 2002 SB and DTP2 HDMI 4K/60 Switch & Receiver with Audio De-Embedded.

The NetPA U 2002 SB is Extron's most powerful and flexible NetPA Ultra amplifier. It has outputs for two channels of 200 W for low-impedance systems or single-channel 400 W for low or high impedance.

It's an Energy Star Approved Dante Audio Power Amplifier, Designed in a half-width rack enclosure, Convection cooling and plenum rated including rack-mount accessories. Built-in audio DSP includes a 6-inch mixing matrix×6, Filters & Dynamics.

Four mic/line inputs and two line outputs can be used as Dante destination points or as additional inputs for the built-in DSP. System monitoring via Dante connection includes detailed amplifier status information.

The NetPA U 2002 SB features the company's patented and efficient Class-D amplifier design with CDRS, Class D ripple suppression and standby mode (standby) Unlockable automatic with quick activation.

"Customers are thrilled with our line of NetPA Ultra amplifiers, but they were asking for more power and support for low- and high-impedance systems.", clarifies Rainer Stiehl, Vice President, Marketing, Extron Europe. "Being our most advanced Dante amp, Delivers outstanding power in a rack-width enclosure only, and the flexibility to meet the requirements of a wide variety of systems".

Extron SSP 200

SSP Sound Processor 200

The SSP 200 is a high-performance surround sound processor designed for professional AV applications in business and commercial environments. This system automatically decodes Dolby and DTS formats from HDMI sources to separate audio outputs.

Provides up to 10 Built-in outputs, plus additional outputs via an EXP port, and offers the flexibility needed for multimedia system requirements, including support for the latest immersive Dolby Atmos and DTS formats:X. An upmix function synthesizes exceptional multi-channel audio from stereo content.

"The SSP 200 Caters to the growing demand to provide immersive audio systems in boardrooms and auditoriums," explains Stiehl. "It offers a number of easy-to-integrate features not found in other surround sound processors, all in a compact, half-rack-width package that makes it a clear choice for the AV professional rather than bulky consumer receivers.".

The SSP 200 is designed for integration into professional AV installations, featuring a loop-through HDMI input and an EXP expansion port connection to DMP series audio DSP processors.

Housed in a 1U enclosure and half a rack width, being rack-mountable like that, and takes up a fraction of the space required by a consumer surround sound processor or AV receiver. Can be controlled and configured using the RS Series Control 232 or through a network connection.

Extron DTP2 R 212

DTP2 Switch & Receiver

The DTP2 R 212 and DTP2 R 212 SA are two next-generation switch receivers belonging to the DTP2 series that offer new features and performance. Both models feature DTP2 inputs designed to work with Extron DTP products to extend HDMI signals, audio and control up to a hundred meters via a CATx shielded cable.

An HDMI input provides connectivity for a video source, as a ShareLink Pro 1000 located near the display device to support collaborative environments.

These receivers are HDCP compliant 2.3 and support data rates of up to 18 Gbps and video resolutions up to 4K/60 with color sampling 4:4:4.

Ethernet control port allows you to control the display device and offers convenient system management. The DTP2 R model 212 SA also has a built-in Class-D stereo amplifier.

"These DTP2 R receptors 212 They're ideal for small rooms and informal meeting spaces.", adds Rainer Stiehl. "The HDMI input, Built-in amplifier, and the ease of controlling display devices offer combined functions and simplified integration into these environments.".

The DTP2 R 212 and DTP2 R 212 SAs enable reliable long-distance transmission of HDMI signals up to 18 Gbps with HDR support, Deep Color up to 12 Bit, CEC pass-through and lossless embedded HD audio formats.

A local HDMI input provides connection to an additional video source on the display device, which is an advantage in BYOD applications where the display device needs to support a local collaboration device and remote sources.

The standard version without amplifier, DTP2 R 212, can receive remote power from a DTP2 transmitter via twisted pair connection. It can also be configured to provide power to the connected DTP2 transmitter.
