A Hippotizer Earth+ media server from Green Hippo is promoting the content of the video wall that is installed in the WVU Football facilities, at West Virginia University's new Puskar Center complex (West Virginia University – WVU) in Morgantown.

By providing state-of-the-art spaces for gamers, Coaches, Staff & Visitors, the development of the Puskar Center is, with the help of Hippotizer, transforming the home of WVU Football, Putting Your Facility Ahead of the Competition.

The video playback solution was designed by BrightTree Studios and installed by its parent company, Synergy Media Group, WVU Regular Technology Providers. It covers five large-format screens located in the spacious and modern Locker Room, which includes a main video wall and four 'end-cap' screens located at the ends of the rows of the Lockers.

The Tierra+ media server will also be responsible for feeding the content and mapping tasks for the screens that will be installed in other areas in the future phases of this major construction project.

"This was our first project with Hippotizer and we've had a great experience", comments David Vargo, Director of BrightTree Studios. "With the Visualiser software, we plan and visualize the spaces with the customer before the actual installation. This allowed us to create custom content with WVU's video producer, Austin Gaines, months before installation, which helped keep the project on time”.

The AV Designer at Synergy Media Group, Cory Sarzotti, worked closely with Nick Spencer of Green Hippo to integrate the Hippotizer solution, Programming a Control System Crestron custom and map content to multiple screens, all with a non-standard resolution. He found that Hippotizer's functions, along with the backup, They were very useful to achieve optimal results.

"The VideoMapper was really helpful in addressing the content, especially on the 'end-cap' screens of the dressing room. It was also very helpful that the Hippotizer is so well-known and that other engineers we were working with on the project had used it before”.

Sarzotti also praised Hippotizer's third-party control API. “This allowed me to program an incredible level of fine-grained control for the client, Remembering complicated program presets with a single touchpad button”.

likewise, The accessibility of the Hippotizer interface was also taken into account. “We have a formal training scheduled for the client, but because Nick has been training me and I've been showing it to the client throughout the project, You are already very familiar with it and are able to manage the content, Make Changes, Create presets and add new content”.
