Atlona AT-VTPG-1000VL

The all-in-one solution Atlona AT-VTPG-1000VL combines a touch panel of 10 inches with an integrated gateway, providing complete AV control in single-room applications.

The company of Panduit, Atlona has expanded the range of options of its AV over IP control platform Velocity with the launch of the all-in-one system AT-VTPG-1000VL. This solution combines a touch panel of 10 inches with an integrated Velocity gateway, simplifying installations that require control of a single room or AV system.

“The VTPG-1000VL provides an all-in-one alternative for AV control in single rooms, reducing components and simplifying configuration for discrete spaces for meetings and education, divisible rooms and catering establishments or shops”, comments David Shamir, Vice President of Product Management at Atlona.

The capacitive touch surface of 10 VTPG-1000VL inches features a native resolution of 1,280×800 and provides a large graphical user interface area for easy management of control applications.

Its design complements any AV environment, while the Led lighting surrounding the outer frame of the panel adds emphasis to the functions of AV control or visibility of the programming status of the room.

The integrated Velocity gateway of this touchpad supports AV system control for a room with up to 24 devices and two programming panels, eliminating the need for additional control processors and the space to support them.

Intuitive browser-based setup allows for quick and easy setup by guiding users through adding AV equipment to the room; select or customize user interfaces; and specify control macros.

Velocity's IP-based architecture reduces components and simplifies cabling by controlling multiple AV devices over the VTPG-1000VL's Ethernet connection.

For AV devices that do not support IP control, Atlona's VCC line of IP command converters offers RS-232 support, IR and relay/sensor control signals. Remote power over Ethernet (Poe) simplifies cabling by leveraging a single network cable for data and power.

The table kit AT-VTP-VTM optional allows independent placement on a meeting table or lectern, while a standard Vesa mounting hole pattern 75 provides compatibility with third-party media.
