Exhibition Ivan Tovar BGL Audiovisual Engineering

the Ivan Tovar Foundation has chosen BGL Audiovisual Engineering for the assembly and integration of the immersive exhibition, with more than 20K of perimeter resolution and thirty state-of-the-art laser projectors.

The immersive exhibition of the surrealist painter Ivan Tovar in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) has had the Spanish specialist BGL Audiovisual Engineering, company of the Sequoia Group, for its assembly and audiovisual integration.

This is the first exhibition by a Dominican author, who was born in 1942 in San Francisco de Macorís, recognized worldwide for its daring surrealist theme, that will have a long journey, since it will be inaugurated the next 6 April 2022 in Plaza España (Colonial City) and its doors will be open until the 6 June 2022, to be shown later in France, Holland, Belgium and the United States.

BGL Ingeniería Audiovisual has developed spaces full of audiovisual content and providing the 550 m2 of immersive exposure with advanced video projection and video projection systems multichannel audio.

Exhibition Ivan Tovar BGL Audiovisual EngineeringFor the creation of the projections and visual material has been based on a selection of, approximately, two hundred images between works, letters and photographs of the painter that have been fully integrated by a team of specialists in immersive projection and audio content, thanks to which visitors will be able to navigate through the life of the artist.

These contents have been generated with techniques 2D and 3D by a team of designers, animators and artists who combine the latest animation techniques, including the most relevant artistic components of the exhibition.

To do this, BGL Audiovisual Engineering has had the support of the company Romera Infographic and Design, specialized in unique content developments. All this is shown with more than 20Edge Resolution K and thirty laser projectors state-of-the-art that cover walls and floors with images to create an immersive artistic environment.
