This building has been extended with the West Hall that presents a contemporary design, offers ample natural light and an elegant design located on what was the site of the Landmark and Riviera hotels, next to the famous Las Vegas Strip.

For this new space, A technological solution was needed that would provide a single glass panel for control and allow selection between multiple audio and video sources.. To respond to this requirement, Crestron technology has been used to manage and control all meeting rooms and exhibition hall spaces in the West Hall.

Lawrence Roney, Senior Director of Information Technology, and Chris Marsh, Senior Director of Telecommunications, LVCVA, worked with the audiovisual integration company Conti Corporation to incorporate a technological experience that simplifies management during live events and conferences.

In every conference room, Crestron touch screens allow users to customize the configuration of the space in which they are; can control audio, temperature, Lighting and your overall experience. Staff pre-configure and store lighting controls in the different spaces before their events. These touch screens are the single point of control for each meeting room, providing a clean look and feel.

LVCC uses the service XiO Cloud to monitor the status of Crestron touchscreens and processors throughout West Hall. This service saves time by allowing users to see anything that may be disrupting the system.

Crestron in LVCCWhile XiO Cloud allows the LVCVA to monitor touch screens, Crestron XPanel Used to make remote adjustments as needed.

The LVCVA management team is able to take advantage of Crestron XPanel to make live adjustments in temperature control or lighting on any touch screen, and from wireless tablet computers, without having to physically travel to that room.
