Charmex has unveiled Hitachi's new StarBoard FX-TRIO-77 interactive whiteboard, el aula digital más avanzada y sencilla de usar disponible para el entorno educativo.

Hitachi has a wide range of interactive whiteboards for both the educational and business worlds. The Japanese firm and its distributor in Spain, Charmex, have presented the new interactive whiteboard StarBoard FX-TRIO-77 of the Japanese brand, which is characterized by its precision and ease of use.

Gerard Uson, head of the interactive department of Charmex International, "The key to Hitachi's new interactive solution is its multi-entry surface. You can use your finger, an extensible pointer, an electronic pointer or even a pen to jot down on the whiteboard and easily navigate computer applications, web pages and multimedia content".

The Hitachi Starboard 77" PDI can be operated using both hands and allows interactive group work: until 3 users can operate the whiteboard and perform the same task simultaneously. It has a replaceable digitizer and 16 function buttons, 14 of which are customizable for ease of use.

In addition, the electronic-free surface of the StarBoard FX-TRIO-77 has an anti-reflective layer that minimizes projector reflection and is very resistant, also usable as a conventional slate. Charmex offers a free online course with tutor to learn how to use this interactive whiteboard, that incorporates free multilanguage software, teleconferencing options and math teaching resources, sciences, languages and geography.

To demonstrate the simplicity of its handling, Michele Conwall, consultant at Cambridge University Press and expert teacher in the use of interactive whiteboards, has offered a short demonstration, live, of the multiple possibilities offered by Hitachi's interactive solution to the educational environment.

likewise, Charmex has taken the opportunity to announce the launch in 2012 of another Hitachi solution for the educational environment, the StarBoard Link EZ, the only one that turns a whiteboard into a touch-based, multi-entry interactive whiteboard. It is a digital whiteboard with a very simple operation that operates with manual gestures, with electronic pen or any other object, and that allows to take advantage of the material already existing in the classroom (Projectors, Boards, Etc.).
