Bosch Security Systems has launched the new generation of MIC Series cameras, the MIC high-speed thermal PTZ model 612, that combines the high quality of a 36x optical zoom day/night camera module and a long-wavelength IR thermal imager with a high-speed lens. 35 mm or 50 Mm, providing object detection at distances of 4 km., even in complete darkness, fog or snow.

Bosch Security Systems has unveiled the latest version of its high-speed thermal/optical MIC PTZ Series camera. The new MIC Series thermal camera 612 combines both a high-quality 36x optical zoom day/night camera module with a high-bandwidth IR thermal camera with a high-speed optical zoom lens. 35 or 50 Mm. Both units are mounted inside the same housing.

The MIC 612 Makes it easier to detect an object from about four kilometers away, even in complete darkness, foggy or snowy. This new camera array also features Bosch's standard controller interface that makes it easy to integrate the MIC Series into systems already using Bosch video surveillance equipment.

Available with both standard and high-resolution thermal sensors, MIC Series Camera 612 Capture images in the most extreme and demanding environments, including a large number of industrial and institutional applications from critical infrastructure to defence and transport. With a solid IK10 certified vandal-proof and corrosion-resistant structure, the camera is protected inside an IP 68/NEMA 6P certified aluminum housing with a long-lasting silicone cleaner. Completely dustproof and water-tight, Delivers outstanding performance in the most demanding conditions.

All MIC Series cameras can be mounted upside down or inverted without affecting the strength of the housing. This facilitates the scheduling of projects and makes facilities more flexible.
