Extron Electronics It has announced the availability of two new products in the family of AXI interfaces analog audio to Dante, with AXI and AXI 22 AT 44 AT models. The AXI 22 AT model has two outputs line level, while AXI AT 44 has four line level outputs to route Dante network channels to an audio system. The settings for input selection, gain and phantom power can be controlled from the front panel, via the DSP Configurator software or via the SIS command via USB.
Both connect to any audio processor equipped with Dante, as Extron DMP 128 Plus AT, through a network of standard local area, and can be powered via PoE, allowing a single cable connection network for audio and bidirectional power from a central equipment rack.
In addition, sources accept analog mic / line, which is digitized to 24 bits for output by Dante and connected to the audio network via Ethernet using standard protocols IP network. Thanks to its small format quarter rack, AXI and AXI AT 22 AT 44 can be easily mounted under a desk, on a lectern in furniture, plus a rack.
