The John Ryan Company, retail marketing agency specialized in printed and digital messaging solutions for the banking sector, has installed an LED screen of almost 20 meters long on the façade of the new BBVA office on Orense Street 58 in Madrid, an innovative space through which the bank shows society its new customer relationship model.

John Ryan has provided an advanced multimedia signage system to the new office that BBVA recently opened on Orense Street in Madrid. 58, with which the bank wants to look to the future and bring a new, closer banking model to people, transparent and innovative. This is an outdoor LED 19,2 meters - the largest of its kind in Spain- for a space that aspires to be a center of experiences for everyone, where exhibitions can be seen, attend conferences or the different activity programs that the bank plans to carry out there.

Playing a mix of news headlines, weather information and bank promotions, Outdoor LED display turns standard static signage into a dynamic brand asset. The content is updated daily and focuses on inviting passers-by to enter the branch and try out its new facilities. These include a series of touch screen kiosks and tablet devices that are fully integrated with a sophisticated queue and appointment management system.. As a result of this approach, Customers are free to enjoy the branch facilities while waiting for their turn.

Other innovative features of the new BBVA flagship office include advanced self-service devices (known as “With help”) and collaborative client/employee stations.

The LED, kiosks and multimedia walls are powered by John Ryan's messaging management digital signage platform, which also controls digital screens in hundreds of other BBVA offices in Spain and Portugal.
