Vivotek opens a service center in the Netherlands
The manufacturer of IP surveillance solutions, Vivotek, has opened a goods return center in the Netherlands, which will be managed by the Dutch company Comserve Network Netherlands and which will be used to provide services for the repair or replacement of products from the Taiwanese firm within the product warranty period.
Vivotek has opened a Return Merchandise Authorization center (RMA) in the Netherlands, guaranteeing a delivery time of 7 business days for return. From now on, the after-sales service provider Comserve Network Netherlands BV, based in the Netherlands, will provide repair or replacement services for Vivotek products within the product warranty period.
