GOT615-801, new panel PC with 15.6” touch screen and ultra-flat design

The manufacturer of industrial and embedded systems and components, Axioms, has launched a new panel PC with 15.6” TFT touch screen, with an ultra-flat design and a frame of 14 mm thickness, ideal for infotainment applications.

Axioms, company represented in Spain by Anatronic, has announced the GOT615-801, a new panel PC with TFT WXGA touch screen (1366 x 768) 15.6”. This ultra flat model, with a frame 14 mm thickness, It has an elegant IP65 aluminum design and eliminates the need for a fan to offer a robust and stylish solution in infotainment and automation applications.. The GOT615-801 integrates an Intel Atom D525 processor 1.8 GHz with Intel ICH8M chipset to provide excellent computing performance with minimal power consumption.

To respond to the requirements for use in public spaces, The GOT615-801 features a robust mechanical design and an IP65 front panel (waterproof and anti-dust) that prevents “deterioration” of the system. This Panel PC operates in the temperature range of -5 a +45 °C.

15.6” resistive touch screen allows users to “interact” with the unit even while wearing gloves. This is ideal in Human Machine Interface applications. (HMI).

WLAN antenna

The GOT615-801 includes a PCIe Mini Card slot and a fixed rotating WLAN antenna (optional) for connecting wireless networks. So, Just plug in the WLAN Mini Card to get instant LAN access / GPRS / GSM / 3G wireless for free.

This low-consumption panel PC also stands out for its connectivity via RS-232/422/485., dos RS-232, one 2.5” SATA HDD bay, dos Gigabit Ethernet, four USB 2.0, VGA and audio port.
