Macroservice offers the new ADDERLink Infinity FX multimedia KVM extenders over fiber optics
The switch developer, KVM over IP extenders and solutions, Adder, has added the ADDERLink Infinity FX fiber optic KVM extenders to its portfolio, that allow you to work with multiple computers or workstations from a single screen.
Adder, company distributed through Macroservice, has expanded its Infinity range of KVM extenders with the launch of ADDERLink Infinity FX over fiber optic units. The new extenders, which come with SFP connections to facilitate the installation of the transceivers required in each application, They are compatible with a large number of computers and workstations to be able to “change” equipment using a single screen. These models are characterized by having dual heads (2 x 1920×1200) & dual link (1 x 2560×1600) and use USB technology 2.0 to serve as a keyboard interface, mouse or graphics tablet, along with DVI connection to display video over a Gigabit Ethernet Layer network 3 or direct point to point connection.
The ADDERLink Infinity FX range also includes a bi-directional RS232 interface to connect touch screens or industrial control equipment., and two-channel digital audio for stereo sound. Like the rest of Infinity products, this version allows the computer and the user ("operator") are separated by a considerable distance (until 500 meters or 10 kilometers with multimode and singlemode fiber, respectively), maintenance of equipment functions, video resolution and USB latency with a ratio of 4.25 Gbps (LC connectors). The features are completed with compatibility with the ADDERLink Infinity Manager management interface (A.I.M.), VESA mounting accessories (optional) for wall fixing / surface, CE and FCC marking and operating temperature range of 0 a +40 °C.
Each ADDERLInk Infinity FX unit, either transmitter or receiver, It has a resistant and compact metal construction of 198 x 150 x 44 mm (1U rack) to adapt to the requirements of numerous sectors, highlighting health (diagnostic imaging), control centers, multimedia production and post-production, design and architecture, digital signage and advertising, among many others.
