AOpen has just revealed a new brand identity that aims to symbolize its vision of a future of innovation, openness and collaboration.
This image change is part of an ambitious global expansion strategy, with a focus on retail, the dominant vertical market in digital signage. Digital signage is a sector that, srgún IMS Research, will grow in a 40% throughout this year.
Bernie Tsai, CEO and president of AOpen has highlighted that “The company developed and grew to become an industry leader based on innovation, the reliability and performance of your technology. Now is the ideal time to create a new identity for the next phase of AOpen's future.. We are a truly global company. We want our image to reflect our passion for transforming our clients' businesses, looking to their success.. We also want to show our commitment to a global vision in digital signage and applied computing., using the best technology to create powerful and universally accessible solutions”.
Tsai maintains that “This is more than just a new brand.. This is AOpen's message to the world about the innovative digital technologies we are developing, our push towards open architecture, and our vision of a future of innovation, openness and collaboration”.
AOpen has pioneered the development of a universal end-to-end system for digital communication.. Through OpenService it has been able to combine synergies between hardware developers, software and content, to simplify digital signage.
For this makeover, AOpen has trusted the Australian design agency RED Design Group. Carl Thompson, director of this study, ensures that the new identity has been created in three stages. First of all, develop strong typography, simple and contemporary that reflects modernity and globalization. Next, to communicate movement, harmony and energy, design a very dynamic logo. And finally, choose a color that identifies the brand from now on.. In this case the orange, which in China symbolizes change, the adaptability, spontaneity, the energy, the enthusiasm, the warmth, kindness and positivity.
