D-Link offers new features and more connectivity options on its mydlink platform

With more than one and a half million users, Manufacturer D-Link has updated the mydlink Lite app and mydlink web portal to offer easier configuration and continuous local monitoring, as well as greater control and display options, respectively.

The manufacturer D-Link has improved and updated the way to access and manage all mydlink products anytime, anywhere, both from the web portal and from dedicated applications for iOS devices, Android y Windows Phone, which the company recently announced as reported Digital AV Magazine.

Another new advantage is the direct configuration from the app to install new IP video surveillance cameras quickly and easily., without the need for a computer. Added to this is 'push' event notification if the user has activated the motion or sound alert on compatible cameras., as well as the playback of photo or video recordings contained in the cameras' MicroSD and a microphone icon to use the function on cameras that support it.

With a new and more intuitive design, mydlink web portal now includes support for Internet Explorer 11, allowing compatibility with Windows devices 8 and computers with the latest version of the browser installed. In addition to supporting all mydlink products, now incorporated for the new D-Link EyeOn Baby Camera baby monitor (DCS-825L), including live view, speaker and microphone, SD card access, event notification, sound detection, movement and temperature.
