Christie CP2208: projector with xenon lighting for screens up to 10,6 metros
The CP2208 is Christie's latest addition to its line of Solaria projection solutions, a device that works with a xenon lamp and allows content to be displayed on screens up to 10,6 metros.
Christie has announced in BIRTV, the International Radio Fair, TV and Cinema held in Beijing, the launch of the new its new CP2208, designed to bring high brightness 3D movies and alternative content to 10,6 meters wide with a solid 2K design, resistant and easy to use.
The model, affordable and compact, is the latest addition to the line of Christie Solaria projection solutions powered by xenon lamps.. “Xenon lighting ensures superior color reproduction, a brightness twice that of mercury lamp projectors of similar dimensions and better overall performance”, highlights Allan Fernandes, Product Manager, Christie Cinema Products.
The CP2208 can be purchased with a variety of lamp sizes and different lenses., and offers the possibility of incorporating an IMB (integrated multimedia block), like the Christie IMB-S2 with its SMS (screen management system), Fully integrated and high-performance storage, or on other IMB Series-2 systems.
Supports various alternative content sources via dual HDMI ports and DVI connectors, the solution meets DCI standards, with a 3-chip chipset, 0,69” S2K DLP Cinema de Texas Instruments. Los 9.000 lumens, within the DCI color space, and the even 10.000 lumens for alternative content presentations, make CP2208 images fully compatible with DCI standards.
