Mobotix shows the advantages offered by the fusion of its cameras with digital signage

At an event organized by Imaginart, it has shown a solution for retail that shows how a video wall plays content if someone approaches. This is achieved through a C25 camera, its motion detection functionality and Proximity Box solution.

Mobotix has shown, together with his partner Imaginart, its latest innovations for the retail and industry sectors in an event that was held under the motto 'New business opportunities 2017' and that brought together 80 assistants.

The first solution presented is aimed specifically at the retail sector, and it is a video wall that plays content if it detects any movement nearby. That is to say, When someone passes by a specific area, the player launches an audio and displays content on the video wall.

This is achieved through a Mobotix C25 camera, Proximity Box solution and camera motion detection, that controls the contents of a digital signage player connected to a video wall.

Later, Imaginart demonstrated the Mobotix M16 camera with thermographic sensor, ideal for prevention in the industrial sector. It was shown how the camera can trigger an audio alarm through the temperature, when lighting a lighter in the displayed area of ​​the thermal sensor.

Y, finally, the company showed other functionality of the M16, the detection of a drone in mid-flight through the heat given off by its engines, using the camera's thermographic sensor.
