The Audio Specialist Sennheiser, member of the Integrated Partner Program of Crestron, has announced that its new TeamConnect Ceiling microphone 2 will be fully compatible with crestron's control platform.

This announcement represents the ongoing collaboration between the two companies., simplifying integration and improving interface control possibilities for end users.

The Sound Control Protocol (SSC) Sennheiser is planned to be used in different Crestron APIs allowing remote monitoring and configuration. This includes TeamConnect Ceiling 2, that will support remote access to audio parameters, mute and customizable Led control.

TeamConnect Ceiling 2, to be launched in the fourth quarter of this year, features adaptive and automatic beamforming technology, that allows you to focus on a speaker's voice within the room, regardless of your position. Innovative ceiling microphone also offers support for Dante and Power over Ethernet networks, and will be compatible with Crestron control surfaces and interfaces, providing complete control and flexibility to installations in companies.
