Wasabi opts for LG for digital signage solutions for its London stores

The LG 86BH5C Ultra Stretch large format screens have been chosen for the menu boards.; while in the West One Shopping Center establishment a narrow bezel video wall configured with six 47LV35A screens has been installed, and the Pantheon Oxford Street Marks & Spencer has a 43SM5KD team.

The Japanese restaurant chain Wasabi Sushi & Bento has incorporated new digital signage solutions in seven of its London stores. The company Pioneer Group has been in charge of installing new menu boards in five of Marks' concessions & Spencer and two independent establishments.

Wasabi needed digital displays to replace printed menus. Required a solution tailored for each individual space. “This project has helped us standardize our in-store experience, allowing us to offer updated information on menu boards and reducing the time spent maintaining them”, explica Jerry Chen, IT support analyst de wasabi.

“This is the first time we work with the screen 86 inches. The aspect ratio makes it ideal for use in menu boards that provide 4K content, while saving space. “We worked with each location individually to ensure the displays fit the interior design.”, comenta Mark Childerhouse, Pioneer Group Sales Director.

The cloud-based digital signage platform SignageLive has been used system-wide to control content and enable remote updates. The Wasabi marketing team works directly with Pioneer to maintain, provide service and create dynamic content for screens. The system synchronizes through XMP-7300 media players and Anytiles solution from IAdea, that supports 4K content, and for its assembly the brackets have been used. B-Tech.
