Android box VIA Alta DS 3 Edge AI, developed by VIA Technologies with processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 820E, facilitates the deployment of digital signage systems, digital kiosks and access control devices requiring real-time image and video capture, in addition to high processing and visualization capacity.
Available in Spain and Portugal through Anatronic, This Android Box is especially suitable for application in a retail environment. In addition to supporting two 4K screens, with the modes display mirror and independent video playback, This has connectivity through its Gigabit Ethernet port and Wi-Fi integration options & Bluetooth 4.1 of 4G lte.
Small format, The chassis of this Android Box also includes a flexible camera and I/O peripheral expansion capacity through three USB ports 3.0, a Mini USB port 2.0 and a miniPCIe slot.
VIA Alta DS 3 Edge AI leverages computing capabilities, graphics and artificial intelligence processing of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820E processor to facilitate new user experiences, as customers can combine their own AI applications with multimedia signage content, all in a compact, low-consumption system.
To support the development of AI software and applications, This system comes with a BSP with Android 8.0, which incorporates Qualcomm Neural Processing SDK for artificial intelligence. It also has 4 GB the POP LPDDR4 RAM, 16 GB eMMC Flash memory, un slot M.2, an SD card slot and line-out and microphone-in audio jacks.
