José Mozota, instructor of the Association of audiovisual and integrated experiences, will offer educational, free entry, on March 6 session of the competition.
Visitors of Iberian Afial 2019which is celebrated the next 6 and 7 March in the room Altice sand Tejo in Lisbon (Portugal), they will be able to attend the training session of Avixa (Association of audiovisual and integrated experiences), which will give Jose Mozota, instructor of this Association (pictured).
This expert will explain in his address the needs of bandwidth that an AV over IP solution required, identify latency and the relationship of image quality of various solutions of compression, as well as guidance on how choose the best solution for each need.
The session, free entrance (reservation required square through the Iberian Afial website, in the section Training), will be held March 6, 11:30 hours, fruit of the collaboration of Avixa and Afial (Association of manufacturers, importers of sound, lighting and audiovisual technologies).
"We are thrilled at the opportunity to offer this important Iberian meeting educational content on a subject of great current relevance in the sector - says Chris Lavelle, director of development for EMEA - Avixa. The growing interest in AV over IP makes it increasingly important to understand the applications and possibilities of this method of signal distribution. Iberian Afial represents a fantastic platform to provide training on the Peninsula".
The development of 4K and the bandwidth of the signals carrying rigging, increased by HDR and more-bit color space, has resulted in new compression technologies and the trend of 10G networks to reduce latency and improve image quality.
Mozota presentation will address the relationship between the three fundamental parameters of all AV over IP system: bandwidth, image quality and latency and its impact on the cost of the solution.
Mozota, PhD in electrochemistry from the University of Ottawa, has over thirty years of experience in companies of the Fortune 500, such as Nalco and Legrand list. It is trainer certified by the HDBaseT Alliance, SDVoE designer and runs her own consultancy, Freman Solutions Incorporated, focused on training AV.
