Panasonic appoints Hiroyuki Nishiuma managing director of the European B2B Division
With more than thirty years of experience in the sector, The new addition will contribute to the growth of professional products and business solutions throughout Europe.
Hiroyuki Nishiuma has been appointed new managing director of Panasonic System Communications Company Europe (FISH), based in Wiesbaden, Germany.
It has more than 30 years of experience in the sector and its mission is to help clients Business to Business (B2B) of the company to achieve the success of your business with quality products and value-added solutions for companies.
“We are operating in a rapidly changing business environment, where organizations face many different challenges, from the way they work to the way they manufacture and deliver goods and services to the market. “Our devices and the ability to integrate technologies to provide new solutions are the basis for solving many of these problems.”, says Nishiuma..
The company offers a range of products used in critical business operations to improve quality. These include mobile computing, security, business communication and visual solutions, as well as industrial medical vision cameras.
By combining these products with its systems and services integration capabilities, Panasonic has also introduced a new B2B solutions initiative called Gemba Process Innovation to help its European business customers in manufacturing sectors., logistics and retail to innovate to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
“It is essential for us to work closely with the customer on their Gemba (operation site) and gain a deep understanding of your business”, Nishiuma adds.. “Gemba Process Innovation is based on all business knowledge, Panasonic technology and solutions to help customers recognize their potential and address critical operational issues to help improve the way they operate in the face of rapid social and technological change”.
Nishiuma has been on the Panasonic team since 1988 after studying Politics and Economics at Waseda University in Tokyo. He will bring extensive experience from his former role as senior managing director and board member of Panasonic Systems Solutions in Japan, where he achieved revenue and profit increases for seven consecutive fiscal years by managing strong products and value-added solutions for the business.
